The tools we use in our Academy
Depending on the requirements we use different action learning work forms:
1. Games to enhance awareness: choose from a set of games guided by a guru in SCM, to get first hand experience in what Supply Chain Management can contribute to personal growth, process performance and profit.
2. Workshops to get in-depth understanding: based on existing concepts, specific workshops are developed applicable for your current business challenges. The participants will make business cases related to their own work environment. They will define and execute the action plans to realize the improvements: “Learning by doing”.
3. Training sessions to improve knowledge and skills: based on our large library of available training material we will together hand-pick theoretical modules that are required to enhance the participants knowledge.
